These terms govern your use of Recallbound. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
Using Recallbound
Recallbound grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app for lawful learning and entertainment. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Your imported content
You are responsible for the flashcards, text, images, and audio you import. Only use content you created, licensed, or are otherwise permitted to use. Recallbound does not claim ownership of your imported content and does not upload it.
Educational results
Recallbound is a learning application, not a guarantee of exam scores, language proficiency, professional qualification, or medical, legal, or other expert knowledge. Verify important information with appropriate sources.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the app improves. We may correct errors, update compatibility, or discontinue a feature. We aim to preserve local learning data, but you remain responsible for keeping copies of source decks that matter to you.
Disclaimer and liability
Recallbound is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Recallbound’s developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
